It's kinda funny that I totally forgot that I bought the EUFY 2C Home Security System. Bought these when we were in the middle of buying so much stuff for our new home. But I'm glad I stumbled on them now before it got too cold outside. Anyways the reason that I bought the EUFY 2C Home Security System over so many other outdoor security systems was that it seemed to get a lot of good reviews, which is something that I watch, just like you. And probably the biggest reason ... It's Amazon, Google and home kit compatible. Yes, that's right the EUFY 2C Home Security System is compatible with Apple's home kit. That is without question the biggest reason that I wanted to get this set up and to actually see how it works.

yeah ive tried a bunch of secrity devices, but this is by far my favorite one so far. I just may end up getting a third camera.

Wow. Really nice home security system. Great that it connects to so many programs to allow you to view it. How does the video look at night?

actually it looks good. you have a couple of options. You can have it go into night vision. Or you can have it just record in color. And if you choose color, then you can get the LED light to turn on when it senses motion.

Just trying to figure this out,it uses your phone data plan for live feed

Only if your phone is on celular. the camera connects to your modem (so uses wifi) and if your phone is connected to wifi it will use that. Your phone will use whatever it is currently connected to so that it can view the content. but the cameras are connected to wifi.
