Yes, I think that your clothing does not attract to yourself by fleshly means(modesty, not by braded hair and costly apparel, but your beauty is a gentle and quiet spirit as the Bible states) I am a male that is grieved by what women and men wear. I am not attracted to what women wear and only draw attention to themselves. What grieves God should grieve us!

@@thewanderingamerican5412 I was going to say the same thing. You beat me to it.😉 I was also going to add that dressing modestly doesn’t mean dressing like you’re from the 18th century or even earlier in the day of Martin Luther. God loves us all and it’s okay to dress in the current era and comfortably. I’ve never in my life thought it was right to dress like “Hollywood” or in clothes that are exposing areas that are inappropriate and downright wrong.

Meeting, praying, encouraging with psalms and hymns together. Your dress code is absolutely fantastic! That's how i see myself often. "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." Proverbs 22:6
@sylviadorflinger97895 жыл бұрын
My Husband was raised the way he should be from their parents and the proverbs didn't apply for they are not telling the true. Maybe it's only a book written by people, like the bible. The reason is my husband is a fornicator living in adultery, divorced me and on the top he is open for genderism, he doesn't believe at all. He wrote a new construct of the epistle of Marc to psychoanalyse that the disciple had made of the death of Jesus a story for the resurrection. Also that the earlier christianity was in deep psychotic of anxiety because of faith ( an imagination) which never happen. And much more. How can it be ? For me and family a disaster and a lot a question. I was raised without any moral and faith, in a way totally else as the bible tell it. And I never would leave my child or would bring men at home or in my bed, telling him that the new one, because he is much better and yet happier. Also never would I replace the father of my son with a new stepfather or 2 and telling him LGBT is okay, because it is against our natural. I know without believing in a super natural or supreme Being, that the nature of humankind is conservativ and love doesn't mixed nor interchanged.

@@liljade53 I thank you for your compassion in this matter. A day before I asked the Creator of Heaven and Earth to give me an evidence of the issue, unless I would have no confidence and my words and thoughts would prove it. I am so confused and sick of this horrible abomination we are going through and for the damage and the curse for my descendant. I lost in every areas of life and my descendant are in much suffering. We are in a black hole, no way out. And in the night as your comment came on, it was as God, the Spirit gave me an answer of His unterstanding. That I have to pray for my husband, I prayed for this devil, like I have forgiven, but not when life of my descendant is in danger through these sins and brings an innocent not knowing soul to normalize and at the end driven in the acceptance and tolerance. Perversion is divergence in every way of life and destroy. No I cannot pray anymore this time for this blind and fool adult person, not when life of others are affected. I pray to the Maker, the pure and righteous One to stopp this and to give an explanation how it is possible that my descendant like myself are put in such great danger from the very beginning of life without any chance. And when chances then always with worst output and expense as it already was. So I denounced and exposed the adultery and this person my husband is living with for her immorality and cheating. Now she has charged me with justice, because I am telling the truth. The one that will be the victim now is my child, because I have nothing and on his kindly dependance for the daily care of life ( I lost everything). Nobody is helped in this situation. How is it that possible? We are in the visible living not in the invisible. Our lifes is serious but of course it depends for the invisible later on as an impact. We are in this current state of mind, that we are for God playgame meanwhile. This is not acceptable. We are not puppets for life and afterdeath here on earth and in heaven. We had no free will and choice in reality. I am very concern this is no life and when He says: He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. We cannot not see any good intention of His part of the redemption. My son says it like so in his pain that nothing changes and God does nothing. He has deserted us. What was His point and meaningfulness significant relevance? We don't see any. Thanks again.
@liljade535 жыл бұрын
@@sylviadorflinger9789 He is the God who sees. Do not give up faith. Jesus redeemed us from the curse. Trust in Him, obey Him, abide in Him; He is with you. Even when you don't see Him, or feel Him, He's working on your behalf. As far as your part in this, you are to forgive and to love. Yes it is hard, but no one said it was easy. It's easier, in the long run, however, than despair and bitterness. Despair, bitterness, unforgiveness, will eat you alive.Pray for your husband, pray for your son. Show your son what a Christ follower looks like, by talking to him, teaching him, giving him a good example. Read the scriptures daily, and pray always. I will pray for you, too.

Hi precious family of Jesus Christ. My husband & I had 3 children; all grown now with families of their own. We had family devotion each day after they were finished with their home schooling. We would let them each take turns reading & when they were teenagers, we each took turns explaining what we felt from the Scriptures. They loved it, & we would pray together before & after our time of Bible study. Oh, how I miss those times. However; we taught them to do the same with their family! It always amazed us at how closely they paid attention, & what they felt each Scripture meant. I pray our Lord Jesus continues to bless your precious family. Love & Prayers, Sister Pat💓👏🙌

As a practising, born-again, Bible believing Christian I find the witness of this couple to be so refreshing, like a breath of fresh air, when the windows in a stale room are opened. I do not think them to be odd-balls but genuine, true fellow believers allowing their light to be seen by all who pass by. They also have a lovely growing family. My favourite Bible Verse is John 3 v 16, which in the King James Version has 25 words; making the middle word, the word - "Son" - with 12 words either side. The first twelve words tell us what God has done; leaving the last twelve words telling us what we must do!

Thank you for addressing that love and respect go both ways as far as lust. A lot of times I see where people put down women and call them names for dressing inappropriate (which they shouldn't) but I believe men have a responsibility as well to keep their hearts, eyes and minds in check. Unfortunately not everyone believes in modesty so we all have to keep ourselves in check even of we don't think other will.

“The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” Lamentations 3:22-23 This is one of my favorites. We mess up everyday and this verse is a reminder that each morning begins a new day to strive to do better as we seek to love and serve the Lord and others.

My second Favorite commandment is Psalm 1:1-6 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the Law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. 🎶🎶🎶

I have so many “favorite verses” but I really like the following, this week it has been on my mind. Job 12:7-10 7 “But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds in the sky, and they will tell you; 8 or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish in the sea inform you. 9 Which of all these does not know that the hand of the Lord has done this? 10 In his hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind.

One of my favorites is “But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father also does seek such to worship Him. Elohim is Spirit, and those who worship Him need to worship in spirit and truth." John 4:23-24

You make us Christians proud. In this crazy world where moral has deteriorated so much, where being gays almost become a new norm, where trans gender kids are even supported by parents, etc, knowing there are still Christian families like yours who uphold the teaching of Christ is heartwarming and consoling. I hope many families will do the same, teaching their kids the love of The Lord and the way of our Lord.
