What a freaking brainwash. There is not a single word about how many times Russia/ USSR were the attackers. What about USSR attacking Romania and Poland? Moldova and Basarabia were stolen from Romania.77000 square miles stolen from Poland. What about USSR attacking Finland? The Baltic countries at the beginning of WW 2... Not a single word. Not a single word about gulags about the collectivisation in rural areas. All those riches were extracted by slaves. Russian citizens. What about the Jews exterminated by Stalin in the gulags? What about the red army cannon fodder that were sent with no guns or with no bullets against the German machine guns? Not a single word. But... American politicians needed that criminal in Moscow to destroy Nazis. A very shameful video.

Every country, the US included, has done terrible things. This is just a historical film that illustrates how media has long been used to help influences viewers opinions of our allies and enemies, and tobuild and tear down relationships.

Nobody cares. Nobody sees your cliché opinion as interesting, either.

Oh this is absolutely propaganda to get the American people on the Soviet side since they were our ally during WWII against the Nazis. They portray all the different peoples within the Soviet borders and portray them like they’re represented groups. But they didn’t talk about the purges under Stalin or the Holodomor in Ukraine. But really, you don’t want to paint a negative light of your ally during the war against such a great enemy. The time will come within 2 years at the start of the Cold War. But we needed to keep those war bonds going.
