I am blessed to be on the other side of infertility after 6 years trying to have our daughter, but the thing that got me through was hearing and watching other peoples stories. My husband and I are struggling with it as well. Have been for 3 years. Everyone around us is having kids or getting pregnant and it stings but I’m so happy for them. My husband is active duty and we are always on the move. We’ve moved 2 times in the past 3 years and will be moving in September again so having steady providers is hard but hopefully we’ll be able to get that soon. I don't know if I'm the only one but I feel like Bella has many couple friends KZbinrs that are kinda mean. I can see their obsession about posting everything about pregnancy. There was this couple named Matt and Abbey who even have a podcast about pregnancy. I get that pregnancy is a big deal but I just see something wrong in them focusing their content in pregnancy/fertility. I bet that if Della wasn't having this pregnancy difficulties, this people wouldn't even give that much attention to pregnancy.

After 4 years of infertility we finally conceived our son. We were almost going to give up and planned to move to the Bahamas. But to our surprise we found out after lots of fertility treatments that we were expecting. We didn’t do anything different this time…..it just clicked. Hi there, I usually don’t comment on videos but here we go. I love that someone asked the question about telling your friend who has been going through a long infertility journey, what is the most considerate way to tell them that your pregnant. I loved Bella’s response, “everyone goes through different trials and struggles”. I love this because it’s so true! I recently had a very hard time accepting the news of someone’s engagement. I know that this doesn’t compare to conceiving life. But it’s the news of hearing that someone is going through a new chapter that you want to be in so badly. My boyfriend keeps reminding me that everyone’s life story is different, things happen for a reason for that couple and we will be in that stage of life when the time is right. It is accepting that you have chosen to put your life in God’s hands and trusting in Him that things are going to work out. The waiting game is always the hardest. A song that I have been leaning into is “Here, in the Hush” by Kelsey Rygh. This song is about waiting on God’s promises and trusting Him. Bella and Dallin, God will fulfill His promise to you in His perfect timing.

I totally used Modern Fertility and found it super helpful! My flexible health spending account covered it. We had been trying for a year and found out I had high FSH and I later figured out it was likely caused by an autoimmune disease. Medication and diet changes (removing gluten and dairy) and now I am 11 weeks pregnant! I got pregnant 5 months after doing my Modern Fertility tests.

Here's another story for hope... My husband and I struggled with infertility for 10 years. We decided after being told that we only had a 20% chance of conceiving with IUI to just be happy with us. It was still hard and I grieved not being parents constantly but we were very happy just being us. Six years after we ended our fertility journey I started to feel sick. I was really concerned about cancer or something serious, but my doctor told me I was pregnant and I about fell on the floor. It never occurred to me after all that time I could be pregnant. Our son was born one day before my husband's 40th birthday. He's now a very energetic 3 year old wearing his old parents out. Lol. I will say...its hard both ways. Its hard struggling with infertility and its hard being a parent. And its good both ways. Infertility can strengthen and bond a couple to prepare you for whatever life may throw your way.

My husband and I struggled for 10 years to get pregnant. The best way my family and close friends told me they were pregnant was one on one, face to face, not in public, before a public announcement and they allowed for me to have whatever array of emotions I had in that moment. It helped if I had sometime to process it alone and didnt have to go to a public event after, too. Just as Della said, saying that you struggled with figuring out how to tell them because, while your excited, you feel for them in this struggle is a big deal to us. When my loved ones who were expectantly and unexpectedly pregnant told me that they are there for me and will continue to pray for me in my struggles was HUGE! It helps break down the barrier of "your pregnant and I'm not" and made safe place of "we are in this together."

Just a note for people doing hormone checks, all the test does is tell you what your hormones are at that level.... It can not give you a prediction for future fertility and things can change super quickly. Coming from gynecologist, this doesn't necessarily give you the peace of mind that you think it will. In that I'm 26, my levels are good today when I did the test, therefore my levels will be fine until I'm 30. It just says that when you did the test your levels are fine. You can get a scan to see your egg supply though which is a better understanding in terms of reserves. But hormones can always change.

Bella, thank you for partnering with Modern Fertility. I ordered a kit. We struggled with infertility for almost 5 years before I got pregnant with our now 3 year old son. Now we’ve been dealing with secondary infertility for about 2 years. I’ve seen a few different doctors, but I feel like the hormones that are tested with this kit might be more informative than the labs I’ve had done so far. 🙏🏻 there are some things tested with this that weren’t tested with my labs anyway, so we’ll see. Either way, it’ll be good to know!

Hi I just want to tell you that it took me 8 1\2 years to get pregnant. I actually decided that if god wanted me to have a baby he would bless me with one and I stopped focusing on it. It was about the time my best friends had her baby and I was all focus on her baby and must have been relaxed or something because I finally got pregnant at 35. So don't give up!!!!
