Also if you could afford to buy a house in Canada then am sure you could afford one in your own country !! Something just doesnt seem to fit!! Your answers seem very vague !!!

I really appreciate your courage of talking about this. It is very difficult to express and hats off. I came to canada in 2019 a 21 year old with dreams of a good quality of lifestyle and more importantly to earn money and provide my family. A 21 year old had those dreams to do something and make her parents proud by achieving something on her own. I faced a lot of difficulties before coming to canada and after coming but the adventure was worth it. I’ve never been so confident and independent in every way. Trust me it has been the most difficult yet beautiful journey I’ve been through but all worth it as i got my permanent residency recently. My parents are my biggest support. I haven’t been to India yet since I came in 2019 fall. Its been very difficult and i understand how it would be for you guys as well. Its been almost 4 years and the wait is still there that when will i be available to go to my parents. Everyone has their own struggles in different forms. So haters don’t judge anyone please

I suggest if you have worked corporate jobs for a while either renogotiate more annual vacation time like 4 or 5 weeks. 3 weeks is standard in canada. Or look for a new job and request that as standard. But be careful some companies offer that but limite 1-2 weeks to the Christmas holidays. Only accept as being able to take at anytime. Then when you are working the job take the time but give a month notice

Hi Pooja, Please do not take an offence. What you are saying is that fate has lead you to Canada? Everything was so straight forward surely you must have paid a lot of money for express visa entry and your MBA. I think both of you would like to settle here I can see it in your eyes and there’s nothing wrong with that. Your videos largely consist of consumerism. A lot of the time I can not relate to your videos as it seems very target orientated and idealistic. You do tend to complain about the prices rising and at the same time you buy so many expensive purchases. Sometimes I wonder if there really is a financial crisis you keep mentioning about. You seem to be doing well with covering your maintenances. It would be nice to see you and your husband happy. The only time I see you happy is when you are with your parents and family. You say you have nothing to go back to India for apart from your family. I disagree, you can start your own business, live in a affordable, comfortable house. I wish you and your husband well.

I have a question- I live in Canada and have houses and we too go for vacation for few days out of Canada but these ppl are forver in Spain and living life as they are retired no worries abt jobs mortgages and so on and this woman doesnt bother to upload videos (meaning no to work when in vacation) when several other youtubers are vlogging on their vacation and then she come back and says Canada is expensive this and that. I am not understanding at all.

@@soni-soni I thought she is a professional vlogger and youtube is her real job as she proclaimed. Professional youtuber has a consistency and algorithm that they need to maintain. There r several other travel vlogger who are consistent not only in quality but content as well but Peekapoop uploads video when she finds time and that makes her youtube as real job. Funny! I wouldn't have mind her uploading videos daily or annualy doesnt matter but then coming back and talking how expensive things are how they r saving hard then seems artificial as we do not see her working hard. Its find its her life but then coming back and cribbing makes it all fake.

Great video Pooja! I am sure many will relate to it. I am working on a video similar to this of why I moved here from Dubai; slightly different reasons connected with the lifestyle there. Came alone as a PR 5 years back and now this country has given me so much!!! Lived in Ontario for a long time but then moved to Calgary. Now as a Realtor in Calgary I feel so happy to help newcomers settle in CALGARY and help them find home like I did. It's so important to have a community here that motivates you on this journey.

I wonder how many days off does Saransh gets in a year? We too take couple of vacations in a year but not more than a week because of work but I wonder these ppl relaxing as of retired couple. Secondly, Pooja being a youtuber as she claims but she never uploads anythin when in vacation, I wonder how her algorithm works? She does her youtube when she is back in Canada and has the entire time to edit. Is youtube a real job for you or a time pass when in Canada? Such fake people!

I still didn’t understand the reason for moving abroad?? You say there was nothing left? Well, all you guys are doing here, you can very well do in India too? Saransh can work in India too in a 9/5 if he can do it here! And lot of content creators move from other countries to India only because there is just sooooo much content available. So your reason doesn’t seem explainable at all! Its fine if you move and its your choice that you dont intend going back. But its not true that what you’re doing here (living paycheque to paycheque as mentioned by you in previous vlogs) you can do much much better in India in my opinion atleast.

exactly... from Chandigarh they could have moved to say like Mumbai n started afresh. Both having 9-5, help for everything would not have been possible at first. doing own chores, n battling high rents could have been accomplished there too. n moreover parents would have been a short flight away. what did they gain specifically by moving there.

I guess There were alot of interference from saranchs family. Living standard in Canada is far better than india. There are better job opportunities , more chances of growth, zero to less corruption, less organizational politics, better places to live and explore. And may be there are some other reasons too that, they simply don't want to disclose . There is no need to criticise them. let them live peacefully. They know what they are doing with "their" life.
@soniverma6502
@soniverma6502 Жыл бұрын
@@sevenz28 diff of opinion does not mean criticism by default. But by whatever they put on a public platform, in my opinion does not look like a better option than moving to a diff city in India. Like they mentioned that the sole reason for move was coz her husband was not happy in the family business n so he’s working a 9-5 there and she initially started with a 9-5 then switched to KZbin full time. All these things could have been easily replicated by moving to a diff city, away from family. The doing chores together, working 9-5, shopping together, discovering new places, buying a new house can happen here too. Plus they could get house help easily here which ‘seems’ like a big thing missing in their lives currently. Here also in metros you have to wake up early n battle a difficult commute n then you are just left with weekends to actually live a little. So the struggle seems to be the same from whatever has been shown. It’s good that they have adjusted n don’t wanna move back but this judgement was just based on the reason for moving to Canada n not coming back.

Everything is not about luck right, even though you don’t use someone or something and even though both good and smart are the same thing even though god has either given us the power of health and useability if we’re careful or wealth of travel and likeability if we’re trustful, but I trust that it’s more about planned parenthood as well as planned relationships when someone enjoys thinking about or benefits feeling for when it comes to the topic of wealth, and also about being small and using of your favorite thing when it comes to work whenever someone seems to feel for someone when power is mentioned as opposed to when wealth is

… I.. m not sure.. I should have saved how the original comment I replied to was worded. It just seemed to wish her bad because the other person thought the way she worded something was careless because she how she thought she was being treated when in reality it’s lack of knowledge or experience that allows more knowledge or what was perceived as trustless even though it just needs a little bit of thinking (analyzing puzzle for conclusion and further meaning if trustful/ logical) or feeling (solving poem for meaning and further conclusion if careful/ emotional), but anyway i wasn’t trying to say someone is unjust or unfair in this situation or implicit of those not real friends at least hopefully not actually just analytically or descriptively I guess just categorizing that it’s just that some are more wealth oriented and enjoy rareness and underappreciation and some are more power oriented and enjoy littleness and underrespect to put it very simply even though it’s mostly about comprehensive topics (new words and vocabulary (memorability and gods)) and summarized details (conclusions and similarities (noticeability and microbes)) if that makes sense but what makes us different from gods is knowledge/ experience of rules and regulations because either we prefer social knowledge (beautiful game) and health or smart food and game (peaceful knowledge) when we think about it

Bell is good but you can go for Virgin. Virgin owns by the Bell so it’s kind of the same company as Virgin uses bell’s towers too yet much affordable than Bell. Hope this helps❤

Hey, nice video always!!! We have so many similarities. We are a couple here in Toronto, moving here to get PR and settle down after 7 years in Australia. We never thought of moving here, but situation led us to this country and things started to be in the right place. We got our PR here and we are super grateful for that. It was tough with high living cost, high rent (we thought of moving to Calgary as well 😊) and I even thought of going back home. But yeah, same thoughts, we are building our life here, and we will keep moving forward. I do miss my family A LOT. I can imagine how you feel. But I learned that “everything cannot happen at the same time” - from another youtuber. Love your energy and work! 😊😊😊

Thank you for being positive about moving to abroad. I’ve took my decision to pursue higher studies and was very skeptical about it. I have done almost all the processes, applied loan, but now in the last minute my mind was in a dilemma. I still don’t know whether it will be worth journey. Someone please give me a suggestion :)

Is it just me who thinks that wishing for a househelp is like wishing to keep few people poor enough to do your chores ? I wish everyone in India earned enough to avoid working as househelp 😊 I don't miss househelp. I don't want to miss househelp

How does this even make any sense? If you are employed or working for someone does that mean that you are poor or your employer wishes that you are poor?? Its just how the world operates unfortunately and is not based on us wishing anything!
@soni-soni

If it makes sense to you than by all means do all the housework it's good for ur health since it will give you a good workout. To say that everyone should earn well so they don't become maids that does not make sense. First thing is maid's make good money in most countries this is the main reason most can't afford to hire one. In India most of the maids are not educated if you take away this jobs away from them it will become hard for them unless they all are able to get jobs in a factory. In India the government should fix minuman salary so they don't get ripped off by employer's and fixed hours with a day off in a week. If the government has not done this than be a responsible employer by being fair to the staff.

No you are not the only one. I agree. The problem is with the shitty wages. In first world countries, the wage will be livable ( obviously paycheck to paycheck). Also, I find it such a privileged struggle to bitch about not having househelp. I don't want to judge people or privilege shame them but I find it quite weird that people can't cook and clean for themselves and most people complain about " you need to do all your works on your own". These people don't realise the massive privilege it is to even complain about such a thing

Sometimes it's not poverty that makes someone do housekeeping for others. It's like a family's occupation which is passed down generations. One person can earn around 15-20 thousand rupees per month working for 3-4 homes. And everybody works in the family. They use government schools and hospitals which cost way less than private. They don't rely on a degree for their livelihood. They don't have expenses apparantly richer people have. They wear perfect hand me downs from their employers. Even the fastfood vendors (rehri wale) make more money daily because they don't have expenses like an AC restauranteur. Plus, cleaning services in Canada are not same as they are in India. It's a cultural/lifestyle difference. As someone who has used cleaning services in Canada, I can tell that you clean for the cleaning staff. They are not responsible for everything in your home. So, that's even more work 😂

I'm a lawyer and I still moved to Canada last year to see whether it was really worth moving there (I've also lived in London for 8 years previously). I found the experience to be extremely underwhelming. My lifestyle just downgraded. It was extremely lonely. The extreme weather conditions meant that most of the year was spent indoors or worse walking underground. The ridiculous costs of living (food, transport, shopping etc) and the right down absurd high level of taxes is just off putting. Don't even get me started about the health care system - you could be left dying before you can get a doctor's appointment! Life is so expensive there that they'll soon be charging its people to breathe! Sunshine for only three months in a year and many of the summer days are so hot and dry that you just don't wanna go out. Canadians don't have a sense of identity. The list could go on and on. I chose family, friends, sunshine, good food, reasonable costs of living and level of taxes, luxuries like a house help, free and accessible healthcare and my happiness and moved back home - most liberating and best decision I have ever taken. I put my ego aside and was brave enough to say that Canada isn't actually all that people claim it to be. I have a roof over my head, food, clothing and love - what else does one need? Having said that, moving to another country is a very subjective thing so each to their own.

Beautifully said! At the end of the day, life always takes you back to your roots. Settling in a new country is fun and exciting for some time, as the years go by, you realize that true happiness ain’t with what you owned. Like you said, it’s indeed, a subjective matter.
