Why we need a Guru and how do we find one?

Just as a teacher is a must for education which helps us seek a living, a Guru is a must to help us succeed in life. The significance of the Guru and how EXACTLY should one seek a Guru is perfectly explained by Swami, Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, through His words, anecdotes, analogies and stories.
It becomes extra special when one has the Sadguru or Jagadguru doubling as one's personal Guru too! This is a talk delivered in the Satsangh Hall at Prasanthi Nilayam, on the festival of Holi, on 2nd March 2018.

Om sri Sairam, the miracles done by satya sai baba are criticizing in some videos with so many proofs. Are they posting animated videos. Once upon on a time I am devotee of baba. Now I am not but a doubt arises in my mind why I am not able to be happy by avoiding baba even though there is proof. Give me reply that are they animated videos or not give elaborated reply. Think me as your brother who is handicapped in reaching god. Please give me straight and elaborate reply upon criticizing videos that are posted on KZbin.
