The implications of rising inequality are massive. Economists need to tackle it together.
Inequality affects every part of the economy, from finance to labor to macroeconomic policymaking. To understand it, and build an economy of inclusive prosperity, we need to bring economists from every part of the field together, says Atif Mian, Princeton University economist and a founding member of the group Economics for Inclusive Prosperity (EfIP).

What he is trying to say: 85% of credits are invested in speculative financial products, not growing the GDP, causing bubbles and crisis (Rana Foroohar: Makers and Takers). Further: global debt levels exceed GDP by +400%, all of it redistributed to the top, why in the US top 10% take 47% of income + 75 trillion of all wealth, mainly financial assets. If you change these settings, the economy could grow in real terms, not just by debt. And ordinary people could improve their living standards, in reality unchanged since 1970!

It doesn't matter if 99.9999% of credit is speculative, except for those speculating. The rest of everyone and everything can carry on on their merry way without a worry. Now, of course that's a little different when a financial institution you rely on is involved in that speculation and it fails, but the reality is it's trivial to inflate the numbers of speculative credit. You take out a billion individual $1 bets, and the average take or loss is zero dollars, and the standard deviation is +/- $15,811.388. So for likely gaining or losing less than $15k, you can increase the amount of outstanding credit to $1 billion dollars.

Inclusive prosperity of course just as our ancestors enjoyed when they practiced ancient free markets. But then sophisticated Society began to emerge for instance the Sumerians 4000 years ago oh, and they began the very first initiation of Monopoly over the economy and the money supply. It is until this very day that the Monopoly over the economy and the money supply persists, in such a way that produces benefits for the few at the expense of the majority to the initiation of threats of violence and aggression. Good ideas do not I repeat do not! Require violence, if it does it's a bad idea. If you got your economics from school then there is a presumption of the acceptance of violence against one group for the benefit of another gamma. It's just absolute evil and there is no ends justifies the means as a human spirit is forced to amputate it's self of empathy love forgiveness sound mind self worth and maturity. It is for this reason that Society suffers from severe injuries and damages of human spirit for which they will never emerge was any meaningful means of remedying this precondition unless of course we return to a system ancient free markets, economic freedoms for the poor based on the foundation of sound money. In fact misery is measured by the very two components that are monopolies and have been a monopolize since the days of the Sumerians, Monopoly over the economy and the money supply, was translates to unemployment rate rate of inflation these two components are used to determine the misery index. I'm so then the only logical step we can proceed towards to diminish the misery is to bring more economic freedoms not less based on a return to sound money. Thus We Now understand how we can address primary initiators almost all social problems. We have to understand that the accademia and those of facilitated also operate within a monopolistic Paradigm from which they do not want exposed nor do they want to see it compromised. It is for this reason that they teach economic models and theory that avoids the very subject matter I have brought forth. This will be very difficult for many academics who spent a lot of money so ultimately they will feel compelled to Champion their version of the truth but the reality is they were fed half-truths deceptive information and complete intentional omission of Vital Information from which people can draw sound conclusions. Compounding the problem is that schools do not teach how to think but what to think. All I hear this guest saying is to go on bag knock on the door of those who participated in the rigged gambling casinos system and who are given special privileges to earn huge amounts of money of which most of it was there any true fraud, immoral unethical procedures all within a system that is rigged for the benefit of a few at the expense of the majority oh, and he's talking about knocking on these people's door for some crumbs and some handouts and to take a risk in them so that they can try to initiate their imagination and creativity and artistic nature oh, there's something sick about what this guy is talking about and people don't understand because he's being very culvert very stealthy and crafty, after all most professors working universities that have their own economic pyramid system from which they extract maximum amount of money out of people and give you the least amount of value in return, hence all the graduates from universities working at McDonald's and tending bar. most millionaires I know don't even know how to write and read but they came to this country when there was more economic freedoms and sound money and were able to build prosperity regardless the absence of complete academic experience. Just tells us that it's not so much a person's IQ or intellect or academic achievements and abilities but rather environment of economic freedom based on sound money that is the greatest determinant of success. Give people economic freedom and sound the money and they shall have the capacity to build the necessary capital from which to make secondary Investments aside from which that source that was used in the show Lie to build savings and or wealth. In fact blacks in America did very well when income taxes were around 6% when there were more economic freedoms the byproduct was the capacity to buy secondary properties brick and mortar which would earn secondary income has to act as a security measure build wealth to preserve wealth they did well and then things turned for the worst with ever-increasing taxes the introduction of the welfare state and as a result we began to witness enormous Decay and socioeconomic condition blacks and whites for that matter and or anyone else subject to those types of socioeconomic barriers.

Ancient people didn't find free markets in the wild, markets were an invention. Ancient people had spears & nets that they used to collect fish for their protein (hunts were unreliable) and they gathered nuts/berries/veggies in forests. Mankind didn't have any money until governments invented it as the symbolic representation of "timenergy spent helping society".

14:45 - 16:57 2019 and they still pretend it's a question that still needs to be asked ... lol ---------------------- By the way, can't remember the toll, so I'll use some creative accounting and tally it up to 40 pts. Blame it on inflation. I'll repeat the rules. Each time I filter through all the bullshit and put up time markers for the audience, I charge 20 pts. Once I reach 400, I can choose to claim it in dollars to old geezer Soros, or depending on my mood, in interview time in which I'll be your guest Rob, and I'll be the one educating the audience. You may choose to have an entire panel to accompany me, but it'll be one of my choosing. Don't wet your pants...most have already been INET interviewee. Tell Lord Turner to prepare a bottle of wine or fine liquor for the occasion... I want to have a drink with you and him after the event.

When economics says that the Government doesn´t have to intervine in the markets? I didn`t study that at University Certain economics like Arthur Cecil Pigou and Ronald Coase said that the Government has to intervine in markets when there are negative externalities for example to solve problems polution of cars, factories or to fix a minimum wage when the wage of equilibrium in the labor market in very low. kzbin.info/www/bejne/e5DHn6Fodq6aY5I kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5uZd4ermqp8ebs kzbin.info/www/bejne/gHOup6lmZr9gn6c
