If people under Soviet Communism found the courage to speak out, and people in China and Cuba still find the courage to speak out - surely the people of the West can speak out freely and face the maddening but not mortal dangers of the liberal bully. Mark nailed it - our safety is in numbers. The more people speak, the quicker the whole effort to silence people will crumble.

It is not often that I am held by a speaker, especially in the world of "You Tube"......but Mr Steyn recounted in some style, the dangers we face when we speak our words, our opinions and our views, which are sincerely held, rightly or wrongly, but hopefully arrived at through analysis, interrogation of the argument and logic. There is a saying....."there will come a time when every man has to choose between that which is easy and that which is right". Now, more than ever, it is vital that we select the "right" path - the path of "rights", as in "human rights" - in the truest sense of those words. The sinister shutting down of what is deemed "wrong speak" and by its malevolent extension "wrong thought", is happening worldwide. This surely can be no coincidence. It is unlikely at the very least, that governments in such geographically distant nations as Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom and (insert here any European Union member country), suddenly hit upon an idea and incorporate it into the Law of their respective land. To a layman like me, it smacks of a world order - the one predicted, foretold and written of by people who either KNEW what was to occur, or who each had equally vivid imaginations - the Orwells and Huxleys of this world. There is now no doubt in my mind that an exclusive and shadowy cabal has infiltrated and taken control of the leadership of nations. Perhaps it has manipulated the desired characters into position, thereby gaining the proxy of control. Note also that it seems to be the so-called "Western" countries that are becoming subject to Laws that suppress truth, punish the truth-teller and intimidate the general population into silence, or meaningless comment in private. It occurs to me that the "spin-off" of this dark movement manifests itself as the now infamous "Trump Derangement Syndrome", where the "Orange Man Bad" mantra is de rigour. This is simply due to Trump defending the Constitution whenever necessary, whether it be the 1st or 2nd Amendment...….the way the NRA is being constantly attacked in the US is symptomatic of this barrage against the ordinary person. Finally, don't get me started on the supposed 100+ "genders" that are said to exist now!!!!! There may be an up side though - I think I might be the first who identifies as a chimpanzee, who will ultimately type out the complete works of Shakespeare!!!!!!!

As a working class bloke I was never a fan of the LNP mentality and my politics have always been centrist. Maybe a little left back in the day but nowadays I am centre right as I can see that the left are tearing down our way of life, our freedoms, our belief systems one by one and sadly even the LNP under Morrison's watch are doing bugger all to stop them.This guy is very insightful and very humorous as well. A lot of older working class people, those that are not stupid and can think aren't too happy with the direction Labor has taken. We spoke with our votes at the last election, its just a pity there wasn't a more centrist party to vote for as both our parties are more concerned with their extreme politicking when they would get more votes if they tried to make everyone a little bit happy.
