No Ahmed, there are many varieties of bananas, Uganda alone has more than 20 varieties, there only about 4 that r not cooked. The rest are cooked green while some are cooked ripe. Check out on very interesting banana varieties that are roasted only, called Gonja, another that is only for juice making...
