Ha Ha, today is Halloween and I too,was wishing people a "bootifull evening. I'm a 72 year old nerd, LOL I also broke up with AT&T after 53 years. They didn't seem to care. My phone was a land line, hardly ever used it (the outside lines were always making my phone useless). I went and got a cell phone and tablet, for about $10 more, and I use them all the time. It's a bootifull thing 😂. On a sadder note, my deepest sympathy on the loss of your brother, Justin. He died doing what he loved to do. That doesn't make it easier to grieve, it still hurts tremendously. I just became part of the widows club, my husband of 42 years passed away in his sleep two months ago. I am grateful for your videos, I have been watching you guys and your families for quite some time. Thank you for sharing. BLESSINGS 🙌 ❤

I did this exact same thing 2 mos ago. I switched from Verizon, 18 yrs of service, to T-Mobile in my area. It was a price point decision. My area of Florida recently got T-Mobile WiFi Internet. It is superior coverage. I am totally impressed as well as many others in my community that made the switch. I do know what you mean re Verison. It is outstanding, obviously, I had their service for many many years.

We (my husband and I) have been with Verizon for over 15 years….love them! We live in south Florida! Only a couple places I’ve been to around the area have a bad signal! We are NOT that far from you!

I had Fiero in Kansas City, MO and drove home (to my parents house) from downtown with a huge shipper’s wheel in the trunk and couldn’t see behind me. The wheel was a surprise for Christmas for my mom.

Totally get Jared’s point on the cell phones; I’ve been with AT&T for over 20-years & the customer service has gone downhill over the last 12-18 months. I have been seriously considering switching but still have some phones under promos/contracts so I have to wait. Glad to hear you got an awesome deal!!!

I'm in Michigan and have at&t. It has been awful the last year. Constant dropped calls, have to be hooked to wifi to use it. Can barely text. Cant switch to verizon...no coverage in my area. There is coverage 6 miles south and north of me though. I even work in a larger city and at&t struggles there as well. Crazy to me after 20 yrs of being with this company and the service is terrible.

Hi Jared and Britt, I watch every vlog and am subscribed to the new channel when you first announced it. My Condolences to you and your family for your loss❣️😞🙏🏼 I have been with T-Mobile for 22 almost 23 years now and when we first signed up they had a phone called "the Motorola Peanut" and I started with 2 lines and with unlimited text and calls and now we have 5 lines on the contract with unlimited everything and Netflix and a good deal and we can also sign up for Apple TV and Hulu for a year free and then if we decide to keep it we will pay a for ads or no ads at a good deal as well. Plus we have insurance for three lines and family allowance and spam blocker for $265.00 or so.

I had a land line with Verizon for 50 years. I also had Wi-Fi with them. Got rid of land line and they didn’t have Wi-Fi available without the land line so I had to switch to Comcast. My mobile is a company phone with AT&T and I’m not sure how long I’ve been with them, but we Do have good service. Can’t wait to see the costumes!

I have had AT&T since 1998 and have never had issues with service but my bill continues to increase and I pay over a hundred for just myself without any overages. It is so hard to leave when you get great service when you have no guarantee you will get the same for cheaper but man…the cost is killing me.

I'm guessing they will be the Wizard of Oz! I had ATT for many years, the service was decent for a long time but the phone bill just kept going up and up and up! We were paying almost $250 a month for 2 phones. So, we switched to Verizon probably 7 years ago and the service has been great but now the phone bill is trickling up there too. It's so frustrating!

Heads up as I have been a Verizon customer for years. The "free" phone is basically a monthly statement credit. Make sure that you don't end your contract early because you won't get the full credit and potentially owe money. Not sure if it is different for business accounts but that has been my experience with personal accounts.
