Why would an acetylcholine agonist make psychosis better?

Does this mean that I will be able to study, have good hygiene, have motivation while taking a medication like KarXT? which acts on the M1 and M4 receptors. In summary, will KarXT be good for both positive and negative symptoms?

@@Roberto11231from the trials. KarXT was good for positive symptoms but not so good for negative symptoms. Slightly improves cognition. KarXT's has no weight gain, no elevated prolactin, no EPS, no heart issues but it has nausea/diarrhea/constipation side effects. From my point KarXT has much more better side effects profile, it's better to have diarrhea than EPS

All the antipsychotics that I have taken so far have given me horrible depression, anxiety and anhedonia, probably because of low dopamine and serotonin. Will KarXT be better in this matter, as it does not affect dopamine and serotonin receptors directly?
