Jesus claiming to be divine does not automatically mean he made claims of being God/a god. There are levels of divinity, especially within the culture Jesus was a part of. One needs to make a rational argument as to why Jesus’ divinity grows with each subsequent gospel. With Mark being the suffering messiah to John’s robust claims of Jesus being God himself. It’s more than just a distinction in the audience the author is writing to. More importantly, it’s the authors distinct message they want to convey. And there is no arguing with the christology of Hesus growing more and more divine with each gospel

You sound like you've listened to Shabir Alley. NT scholars say that Marc had the highest christology!!!

@@hebrews1112if I have it was by accident. Of all the lectures and books I’ve listened to and read, not one has ever cited Mark as the pinnacle of Jesus divinity. Naturally, I’ve not read every book or heard every lecture. It would be interesting to know which scholars argue that Mark is the highest christology, if you could share I’d like to see their arguments

@@TheContrarian32 I guess that's part of the chllenge: which books are good to read and which not? I think it was a video by Gary Habermas or Mike Licona that talked about the highest christology being in Marc. But I watch too many video's per week to find it for you quickly. Sorry. It was about being called Lord, I remember that.

Well i believe Jesus christ is God in fresh why because all that he did and also what the jew and Hebrew talks about he came and did all of it, so divinity is is true God ,and please to remember that there's nothing that God almighty can't do you need to pray to the God almighty and maybe if he choice to revel it to you then I pray he do so you can get the understanding that you need amen

@@hebrews1112 In the NKJV, the phrase, "The Lord" is 103 time in the Gospels (13 times in Mark, 56 in Luke, 21 in Matthew & 13 in John). The KJV has it 113 times (13 in Mark, 25 in Matthew, 62 in Luke & 13 in John). Of course, not all of those are in reference to Jesus being Christ The LORD but, it certainly does not indicate that Mark's focus is on Jesus being Lord like, say, Luke does. John, IMO, is the book proving who He IS more than any other book of the Bible.
