Why would anyone abandon this? Unless it's because of the water damage in the basement or a foreclosure! Still, it's fixable! I'd not rip it down for something bigger. Maybe add on to it, little remodel. Too big for me, but I'd live there. Beautiful place! The view itself is worth a million dollars! Appreciate the tour! Have a great day 👍

Actually a nice place... I never could understand why people always leave the washer/dryer, they're not cheap.. Guess it doesn't matter if you're rich. 🤷🏻‍♀️ It was obvious that the basement was flooded at one point.
