Do you know how karma (or genshin's representation of it) is related to yin yang (or genshin's representation of it)?? I'm wondering because a lot of made of the relation between yin and yang forces and their effects on the spirit, sp for Liyuean ppl. Someone like Chongyun who carries so much yang energy that yin energy ghosts or phenomena flee his mere presence, for example. Could karma also be related to yin energy at all, and if so, could it be forced to recede from beings affected by it? I have many questions lol. thank you for the video :)

To my understanding, yin-yang functions as energy sources in Genshin rather than just simply being negative/positive balance in life. The problem with applying it to karma is that these forces seem to work differently from each other. Chongyun’s yang energy and exorcising abilities works differently from Xiao’s ability to rid of karmic manifestations. If Chongyun tried to use his power against karmic sources, it wouldn’t do anything because the energy flow just isn’t the same. Also there’s no source both in and outside the game that defines karma/karmic energy as being similar to ‘yin’ or ‘yang,’ so that also doesn’t help this case. And if it was the case, it’d raise questions for why Zhongli hasn’t requested exorcists to aid Xiao’s battle. Instead, he makes relief medicine to help him keep calm/alleviate the agony. Overall, there’s a lot of issues with applying the yin-yang concept to karma/karmic energy regardless of the context used. TL;DR: karma isn’t related to yin-yang since (in Genshin) they’re different energy sources Hope this answered your question and feel free to ask me to clarify on anything :>

Do Xiao mask uses dark karma energy to strengthen himself? just like the delusions for example teppei uses it to strengthen himself but he drain his life span, Or does the mask itself only strengthen himself? I have a theory that the karmic mist came from his mask, everytime he wears it the mist always comes out, it is mentioned that the mask can bring him sufferings too my thinking is, it is because of the karmic mist coming out. Am I right? Sorry for bad eng I'm asian.

Hmm that’s difficult to answer since we’ve seen Traveler show the ability “cleanse” or “purify” things before (example being them purifying Dvalin’s tear). However, I don’t think we lessen his debt in any way nor do we have the ability to do so yet at will. All that’s been suggested so far is that we can tolerate the karma for a really long time before feeling its effects.
