Ulf- thank you for always sharing cool shit and sharing sleeper gear and techniques. At the risk of sounding like a snob- which I'm legit not trying to- I think you should consider getting a different PSU, if this is your rig. When I was taking that jump into the 500 series game, I asked a lot of respected dudes that did all the cork-sniffing for me. I was under the impression that I needed a linear PSU for the "best" sound. Was forwarded a shootout between Purple and BAE. Identical everything, TG2-57 yadda yadda. Long story short, Purple sounded like an amp sim. Lot of those guys dunked on Midas- and I never really bought into gear bias until I hear that stuff myself. Anyway, not trying to tell you anything that you're doing is wrong, just saying that hopefully as good advice to help your work sound that much better. Could be a potential video idea to see if anything nulls or sounds better or worse to you. I can forward you that shootout if you're interested. Respect from Cali 🤝

Hey! Thanks 🙏 I’m actually super interested in what you’re talking about. My plan buying this one was to keep the rack part and build my own psu for it. I was pleasantly surprised with it stock, but still have the same plan. There will be a video about that too of course 😁 Please share the shootout, I’m all for it 🙌

If I wasn’t going for digital recall gear, i would 100 % got with RS gear. Looking forward to hearing the new mono to stereo unit and they need US distribution
