@@BenchwarmerWoW I looked it up, and I think it was when I signed the Righteous Denunciation law. I didn't realize at the time that I had essentially created a police state where you can't trust anyone.

Another tip is don’t get to winter home too early, I’ve done it now a few times and end up running into too many problems because of it.

I remember on my first playthrough where I actually won, I was still researching heat upgrades during the final storm, obviously not a good idea but I made it somehow. I think these are good tips

Pro tip: put your generator on overdrive then speed up time until you accidentally blow the generator up because you forgot overdrive was on

Just finished my first game or to be completely fair, quit my first game on day 30 as my coal couldn't keep up with demand and 90+ Londoners left the colony. Compared to other videos your advice leaves some room to find out myself instead of straight cut numbers of what to build. Tried to lose on purpose the following days, but man, these people did not want to revolt for a week straight. Thank you for the tips! I'll be sure to give them a try.

@@BenchwarmerWoW I would get Frostpunk if my PC were better lol. But the next best thing is absorbing a bunch of information through longplays and tip videos, to try and understand the game and its systems as best I can without being able to actually play it.

I like hunter a lot more, saves a ton of steam cores and also it’s epic seeing your fleet of flying hunters take off periodically once you fully upgrade them

First playthrough my generator exploded... forgot I had it on overclock but people were dying... had no steam cores to fix. Second playthrough, I was mutineed upon and executed via generator like an hour before the storm came.... I'm not very good at this lmao

This might sound dumb. But I prefer to have a mixed city. Like more natural looking and not min max. Will that be ok on normal mode or do I really need to min max to make it through the scenarios?

Lost all my progress because hunters wouldn't bring raw food to the point of zero hope and 100 discontent, also my tv now has a hole

Frostpunk sinks with my Alienware keyboard backlighting. Then when I exit the game the lights don't work. I have to uninstall and reinstall the drivers to get it to work again. Anyone know a shortcut to turning the lights back on? F7 doesn't do anything. Thanks.

this game is way too difficult. i love resource management games but this game has absolutely no expectation for you to succeed and its awful. you literally cant research the techs you need fast enough to have them when you need them, everyone gets sick and dies, and after 7 attempts and 5 hours of gameplay you realize you just wasted your whole day. 10/10 concept, 0/10 gameplay
