Tip: after doing my allergy tests I realized that the perfumes, diffusers, air fresheners and sprays that I was using was causing many of my problems. Had to stop using them.

One thing for SURE vacuum your carpet floor daily and leave your shoes outside. I do not like being bare foot so, I have house shoes that I put on when I enter the house. They will never be worn outside. Find a carpet cleaner that sanitize. ALSO, everyone should wash their hands when they enter the house.
