Wow, great freaking video!! 10 thumbs up if I could. These are the details I've NOT been focusing on. Talk about frustrating when you catch someone but don't know why it's not working. I'm going to burn these details into my brain by watching this video 100s times.

Hi thanks for this video, after seeing a lot of video about guillotine, a few people explain the mechanics….is it a blood choke ? A pipe choke ? A neck cranck, all 3 ? Or it depends of the type of guillotine ? Nobody speak about the advantages or inconvenient of different guillotine (high elbows….)… I think you are the one who have the knowledge and i wich you will make the best video ever on this subject thanks a lot for this video i never tried this form of guillotine with the wrist

As nobody has answered here is my answer. It should be a blood choke. Where the pressure is against the carotid arteries. Thats why it can take a time for it to come on and effect your partner. Robert mentions this. Yes you can use pressure and force a tap by cranking or applying pressure to the windpipe but it take much more force and you soon run out of training partners. Cheers.

Thank you professor for this video. When you do the arm in G, where do you want the arm to be? Around your waist?
