when I first saw this guitar online I wanted one. now I have one. I must say, its an absolutely amazing guitar. looks, build quality, sound and playability are all there. I've owned very many guitars and this is probably my favourite of them all. I was a bit concerned about having no fretboard dots but the side dots are indeed all you need. the gold plating on the Floyd started rubbing away where my palm lies after only a week of playing but that's Floyd roses problem not the guitars, and it doesn't bother me. hope to be still playing this beauty in years to come. if you do other colours I would probably buy another because, well....

I had the same situation with their double neck (which you also own). I waited 4 months for it to come in stock since the summer of 2021 and then I pre-ordered it and waited 4 more months (8 months total) before it finally arrived in the beginning of 2022. Halo... Guitar max... i've received one from the first batch... Right after your first spot lighting... Yes I'm happy, yes I'm impressed, I'm a federal o.t.r., big rigg driver 48 state division. Lol, my d.m. thought this was a 3k guitar. As for me personally I know this guitar not only talks the talk, it also walks the walk. As for your signature guitar, An important comment to you. Keep only the color as the green, reason being any other color would deminish the importance of your signature guitar made for/by harley benson. Not only that but the manufacturing time and cost does increases when you add other colors to the lineup. As a note; the red pigment costs the most & white costs the least. & Then there's the cleaning & prep in-between additional colors. Always remember, k.i.s.s. & always maximize quality, performance, durability. Sncrly, r.l.g.iii.

i would have ordered this, i love the green, but most HBs are out of stock, but i found a b stock fusion 3HH in bengal burst with floyd rose and roasted flame maple neck and jumped on it, arrived last week, a few small tuning issues with the floyd but maybe it needs a string change, we shall see, overall its gorgeous, nicest bengal burst ive ever seen, ive done a few gigs with it and its fun getting to know it, bought it for its stainless steel frets as im tired of gigging guitars and having lumpy frets after a few momths

A stealth blacked out one would be insanely KEWEL ! I built a Warmoth with reverse CBS headstock , Green quilt maple top , alder body ,flamed roasted maple neck , gotoh 510 , gotoh locking tuners stainless frets and Seymour Duncan 78 set before you came out with this one ! $2000.00 to build it ! This is by far the best looking Harley Benton guitar, but I just can't stand Floyd Rose bridges (unfortunately). If it had a regular Wilkinson trem, I'd be all over it! Or maybe I should get one and send it for an Evertune retro-fit? 🤔 Great work with the overall design eitherway!

Can only speak from my own experience. TE90 orange blast i wanted was back ordered by 2-3 months. Placed the order anyway and it showed up in 6 weeks. Made it from Germany to NW Arkansas in 3 days. No complaints.

How's the neck profile? Is it the same as the regular fusion 2/3? I had my fusion-3's neck shaved down as much as possible a I like it much better now.

@@kiezersosay49 I'm no expert, but I'd call it a C. Super comfortable to play. I've never seen a regular fusion, so I can't compare.

@@paullatta right on. I don't know how HB can do it. My luthier told me the raw piece of wood they used for the neck would run him around 150. It has more flame than my warmoth neck which cost about 2x as much as the fusion.

I have had mine for a few months now and not really any negatives except i would like for it to have fretboard inlays. It has been super humid here for the last few months too and the neck has not moved at all really. Will see what happens when winter arrives and the air gets more dry. But overall impressed by the quality. Also have to mention that i got mine a few weeks before the time estimate of Thomann.

could always get fretboard inlay stickers or something. if anything the fact that it doesnt have any is better, some people just dont like plain dots and some people just dont like some weird custom inlays so either group can just pimp the guitar out to their own taste

I got mine in the preorder super great feeling and playing guitar only thing I have done is changed out the pick ups to fishman fluence in the bridge and fishman single coil in the neck. its the most played guitar I'm my studio and I use it a lot when I'm playing down town in the Nashville bar circuit. fun guitar for sure and it gets a lot of playing time great job and congrats on the signature ......MAKE A HARDTAIL VERSION!! p.s. The only reason I changed out the pick ups was they didn't have the bite I personally like they are good for cleans and crunch setting but got muddy wen putting them in a high gain setting. That was the only issue I had with mine I still have the pick ups and i put them a guitar I do more laid back country and blues jams. hope that feed back helps cheers my dude !!

I'd have gone without the locking nut and just gone with locking tuners/bone nut. the more I've looked at the Floyd design the more I think the nut was overkill. the locking bridge is NECESSARY though

You should also have them do a MAX inlay at the 12th fret. Something that really identifies it as your signature guitar. Also silver or black hardware. I find gold gaudy.

I went to the site and I'm a little bummed with a 12"neck radius . It would be cool if it had a compound radius neck 12" -16" or " 14. I play Ibanez 16"-17" neck radius, Kiesel is 20", my point is other people that play Schecter, B.C.. Rich Jackson, Charvel, Etc... are accustomed to a certain neck radius that what I mentioned would be a great option if there was one of the 2 I mentioned.

Hey Max are the problem right now with Thomann is the shipping! It's absolutely outrageous! I've been in contact with Wesley head of shipping he says due to covid and the rush on your guitars because of it the way they used to do mail for the United States postal service was taking too long and they're not willing to go back for shipping here in the United States. With USPS.They are insisting on using UPS for the United States and they want $80 and more now for shipping a Guitar. My question is why would they care if it took awhile they're not the ones have him do the waiting. Maybe you can have better influence that I did. The really really upsets me. I tried to buy several sets of the Harley Benton coded strings. By the way those are terrific strings! 3.50 a Pack Ernie balls equivalent are 14.50 a pack! Buy $25 worth and the shipping alone for that with 30 bucks! So unfortunately had to tell him I guess that we're done doing business.

There is a Harley Benton USA site too. As of within one hour of this video release the Harley Benton USA website lists availability at 4-5 months and a price of $499. So, there ya go... Btw, who makes this guitar for Harley Benton? Cort? Indonesia made? Just wondering, nice guitar for the money. Color request... Transparent White and Transparent Black. Leave the headstock as is please. And yes, the Bengal Burst looks great too. 😊

POSITION MARKERS. I've been playing for about 50yrs and do not even pay attention to the tiny side dots on a guitar neck so I don't really need them or find them very helpful. Maybe I notice them as a subliminal cue but have never used them to consciously position my fretting hand. I can see why some folks like the clean aesthetic look of a marker-less fretboard face or possibly find that better for playing in various nonstandard or drop tunings, and I don't disagree on those points, but all this does practically is make a guitar more difficult to play fast and well for the music in standard tuning that 90% or more of us normally play. Most guitar music calls for quick transitions up and down the neck, landing accurately and on-time to play chords, scales, arpeggios, riffs, licks etc. You have to know where you are and plan where you're going next without wasting too much time in the mental calculation, and position markers on the fretboard face make this much easier to do without consciously thinking about it and wasting valuable time. A compromise that would work for me is markers at frets 5, 12 and 17. I know and recall the way to work but I still refer to the road signs.
