Hey Jack after watching your videos you have inspired me to hit this place up. The food looks great. How are them prices for? Is it cheaper than Mexico? How they treat Asian Americans over there ?

I would say that El Salvador will be a bit more expensive than Mexico, but depends on how you use your money. If you eat at luxurious places then it will be expensive. But if you stay street food route and travel by buses etc, you can last a long time there! Everyone in El Salvador is really nice, I try my best not to get offended when they see me and say “chino”… they just really don’t know and have not seen people like us. People are very genuine and no problems at all

Sorry if people called you chinito, people in El Salvador calls everyone with slanted eyes (I don’t know if that that is the right expression, apologies) chinito, or “Chino”, I think it is easier to identify someone, and also because in El Salvador people also gives nicknames to others but not with the intention to offend, I hope it makes sense and thank you for not taking it personal 😊 you are always welcome to El Salvador
