I've tried MANY diets over the years, so it's hard to choose the craziest one! LOL. Probably the most harmful one was a "No Carb" diet that I did in my 20's. I succeeded (temporarily) in reaching my weight loss goal, but I lost too much body fat. I was cold all the time and I felt really tired, with very low energy levels. Clearly, my weight loss goal was unrealistic. Thankfully, I realized that and changed my ways within a month or so. I'm looking forward to gaining insight into managing hormones after 40, during your webinar on January 12th!
