This is one of the most important lessons a golfer can watch. My eyes lit up when I saw the word posture! First time ever seeing a video addressing this all to common problem - posture. Thank You JC. How many strokes per round has everyone dropped since watching JC's videos ? I'm down 4! Let him know.

I appreciate the depth of your lessons. I learn better when I understand the cause and effect of the movement. Good job. Thank you!

I went to my Pro, fitted with wires, cameras, pressure pads, launch monitors, and premium lighting....Teach me this STUFF like JChown!! He told me he can't. I said, he did it in his backyard, with a beat-up matt and a net! "I'm not JChown." Seriously, Iron Man, you rock dude. Your lessons are on another level.

Great explanation and immediately employable tips for correcting coming out of posture. Reason 3 exactly matched my issue. One small bucket later, I'm on my way to much better consistency. Thank you.

I have searched for a lesson that addresses my fault of raising up. I suspect my problem is likely posture and/or getting too steep on the backswing. Many thanks from your new friend across the pond!!!

Another great lesson clearly explained. Have you been watching me play?

At some point over the past 10 years I did all three errors in some combination. My lower back became a mess. Ultimately the most common culprits for me was not moving the lead elbow correctly and misunderstanding weight on the balls of my feet- they were always on my toes and I always felt leaning forward towards the ball target line from the entire backswing through impact. Thanks for explaining this in easy to understand terms, and I already have a small ball to work with to get the elbow working correctly. More exercising in general is helping balancing my feet better. Can't wait for the next round. Don't care about the score yet, my back feeling better as I play makes me feel I already succeeded. Take care, and greetings from across the pond!

AMAZING video!!! You explained the reason why I pop up and hit the ball so thin. It’s a great reminder that sometimes what it looks like the pros are doing (posture) is not always what they are actually doing … :-). Nice job.

Thanks Sterling! Absolutely, there’s always a story behind why the pros do what they do 🤙🏻

How about right side pelvic tilt and spine extension in the downswing to stay in posture and eliminate early extension ? Like to know your thoughts.

😢🥺 this me! I come out posture on practically every swing. Its so frustrating. My practice swing feels "good"; but once the ball is there my body/brain goes blank. I need to incorporate these drills in my range time.

UPDATE: having been using some of your instructions to improve my golf swing and for me, they have helped! I will sometimes come out of posture; especially on hole #11 #12 and sometimes #13; I think i get a little lazy after front nine. I am able to recover somewhat on remaining holes so I say your instructions have helped me to understand a little better what I am doing in my swing. thank you for videos!
