Delusion is an important thing to always take with you. But one cannot neglect the vertical way of surrendering. This path is very much dependent on the type of upbringing you've had. Some need a dissecting way of approach. Some need faith. Integration of both is best if you ask me. Since reality is a multi-dimensiomal kaleidoscope and qualitative aspects like "evil" will be encountered.

This was awesome. Very direct. Could be labelled the direct path although it isn't a path, much like Eckhart Tolles the power of now, being fully present here, in this beingness. Or like Rupert Spiras direct approach, being aware of being aware. The most direct methods I've ever used and ones that have yielded the most results in a few months where as I had been meditating on and off for a decade with minimal, but delusional results.

Agreed there is only god (source), it can make this whole experience feel redundant, once you have had a taste of what IT IS. Focusing on IT feels like a direct path to IT focusing on you. I've never been good a meditating. But 2-5 seconds that I can do and that is where I increase my will and awerness of IS'ness as I have heard you put it :) Thanks Bentinho for the gentle reminders. Simplicity is key.

Do you have his Meditation Mastery online retreat? There's a few sessions there specifically on the way of conviction and in that Bentinho encapsulated the most advanced teachings I've seen. I have watched those sessions so many times. And each time they hit deeper. I love it.

I am in constant pain, Restless legs, nerves are pinched etc. I had after spending over 7 years meditating in India Vipassana and doing a 27 fasting course massive anxiety and panic attacks. All shift from a good mental, body alignment into huge suffering. So now since 6 years I suffer from intense body pain and I have to take opiates to endure the pain. Since 3 weeks I meditate with Bentinho and watch at least 3 Vids a day, everything is clear and my long meditations in the past getting deconstructed. But I lack worthiness and trust because of the constant pain and due to taking heavy meds and of course I am not traveling since then, which was my everything. Could somebody help me here out who is in alignment with this?😊

@@Nae641 doesn't hurt to try to look at things in a different way :) even if it's merely a psychological cope, well it worked for me. Now when I'm in crippling pain instead of feeling like a victim I kinda laugh and say "haha! Is that all U got?" And also curse alot. I'm a healer so it is also good practice for me to try and focus my efforts on myself. Migraines are most challenging, can only get it to go away for a little while. Now I tend to just surrender and accept it is happening for some higher reason and well, I've signed up for it so yeah. The less resistance the better :)

Sorry to hear you're in such pain... You said "I lack worthiness and trust" Might it be the pain is a catalyst for you to further explore your worthiness and faith (trust). I've learned that dis-ease is not something fixed but just a process of development... What are you developing, learning, in this situation? Also look at Bentinho's videos on admitting defeat, admitting defeat to the idea/belief that you're unworthy, they're so good. And just a hint: you are always worthy because you are here (otherwise you wouldn't be here having all these experiences) 😊♥️🙏🏼 hope it resonates, if not just leave it. Much love ❤️

What does raising your will or raising your intensitity or density mean? These were the core words he used. .... It suggest that someone ( a person) with his/her own will and desire do it through ego driven volition. God is beyond person will and desire to raise anything. ... It is still not clear what he means.

For me, meditation has got nothing to do with our link to god as such. Yes, it might grease the gears of receptivity to life (which is partly god in action!) For me it is simple... meditation is to the mind, what food is to the body. Eating good food is better all round than eating crap. Having regular Quinoa daily does not bring us closer to god, than having Pizza every day, but I think we all know what is better for us. So meditation (outwith the whole unicorns in space stuff) is generally better for the human being (psychologically and physically) than mindless, habitual thinking. Disclaimer: Cutting-out Pizza hinders our appreciation of god!😉

This teaching is a very sharp sword. But then living is kind of useless, isn`t it ?. We´ve "seperated" from God/ or God "separated" from itself to get to know itself from endlessly new perspectives. It is about the journey, the utter fun of re-discovering...otherwise it would be lame, right ? Zero is emptiness. My understanding in Mahayana Buddhism, the objective reality is relative or conventional reality and the ultimate reality is emptiness. In other words to put it simply, all phenomena arise in dependence, or have a dependent origination. Therefore no phenomena can possibly have an innate, inherent or permanent intrinsic identity. If so, then there could not possibly ever be any change. The result being that all matter , non matter, or phenomena must be "empty" of any true existence. The" zero" that is constantly calculated proves what the ancient teachings knew all along. If nothing is created and nothing is destroyed , what will be, will be. However, in somewhat of a contradiction, I conclude that, that which is the continuum of consciousness, is outside the bounds of time and space, it is the supreme state of being, the top of evolution of existence of all and every single phenomenon . Its supremcy is its potential that already is, and at the same it is the only permanence . The ultimate truth of reality lies in its emptiness. It is the vibrational energy that creates the "being" of manifestation. The purer the sound, or vibration, the closer to supremcy. 🙏✨🧚🤗🎶🎼Fairy
