Thank you for this. The great host and the kind monk. Meditation is an amazing gift from the east, and the way of the Buddha is the complete package, in my mind. Almost everyday I acknowledge in gratitude the fact that im an average working man from the middle east, and I have all those amazing talks, guided meditations, apps at my fingertips. I am still a very beginning meditator, just two months of everyday practice (half hour on average) and I already see radical changes (truth be told, i also do DBT therapy for many years now). It is beyond just calmness and chill which are great. I genuinely like OTHER people more and it enhances my social life. Step by step I build a life that are fulfilling and meaningful. Thank you whoever reads this. May you be well and happy!

I hope this interview will reach whole of the world and benefits the people. The people here in west have high experience of decorating at any festival.. it amazed me to see how beautifully they can decorate. Eg at Xmas, new year or any festival. But, lack somehow inner qualities. I got to touch with many westerner where I work. They got too much stressed to a little things. I really wish they are happier inside too.❤❤

I will go with the mantra meditation from Mind, because i have tried Breathing meditation, i could do it only for five minutes only, difficult after ten minutes, yes, i could check on the thought, and watch my thoughts, but after thought occurred, not simultaneously.

all is one. so there is no such thing as the "happiest" thats a foolish way to speak! very foolish and ignorant. speak correctly if you care about accuracy for your viewers and also if you want to bring good energy aswell. if he's a happy chappy then great, but theres no such thing as the "happiest". so do the responsible thing change the video title. you can help people to feel better about themselves by using different words in your title.
