I did all the things you said, they led to countless rejections, abuse, and social isolation. 12 years later, still stuck. At this point I am convinced there is no path (for me).

There is a path, you just cant see it right now. But with the proper techniques it will become clear. Dont know your back story, and I know its been a long time, but dont give up. Its maybe time to think outside the box, maybe look at doing things with your life you have never thought of before, its surprising how quickly things can change once we tap in to something we are passionate about.

It’s been just over a year since my ex left me for a “friend” of hers. She moved in with him after officially being together for three months although I’m sure it was going on a lot longer. We also have a three year old daughter together. It’s been devastating to me to be honest. The hardest bit is trying to move on from the need for revenge and wanting to see them break up. They seem to still be going strong despite everything and now she is going with him to her mums for four days before Christmas with my little girl. It’s like he’s replaced me in my life and taken everything off of me. Maybe they will get their karma one day but it doesn’t look like it at the moment. They have just sailed off into the sunset destroying my life.
