This is absolutely true. The two most important conditions to learn programming is 1. Interest 2. Discipline Interest is required because it is what keeps you driving forward. Discipline is required because programming is very hard and it will humble you, it will break you in the beginning and you'll lose interest very fast at that time you should have the discipline to keep going.
