I like that he’s using tortillas because I’ve never made egg rolls before. All of the ingredients look fresh, and l know these are better than Chili’s. That place gets more expensive with all of this inflation. Went there the other week with my boyfriend and we spent at least $60. They don’t even have the soup and salad 🥗 meal deal with unlimited servings after 4 pm or on the weekends.

One tip: do NOT use the canned green chilies - they will ruin the recipe. Use fresh chilies. ( Roast them first to remove skins easily) I used 6 jalapenos, 3 Anaheims plus 1/2 Red Bell pepper. It was not too spicy! More TIPS: use Frozen corn vs canned. FRESH spinach vs frozen. I added jalapeno salsa to the dipping sauce and used sour cream vs mayo. THIS RECIPE WAS TO DIE FOR. really. Try it!! (* Be sure to cook the frozen corn 1st and drain it well...) Good luck!!
