Thank you Barton another great video, for me NOT doing this in every shot im a classic example of missing easy shots all the time or i could pot it but NOT get position. Ill try and be more conscious of doing the same routine for every shot.

This is a must for your locker and essentially, in any walk of life playing the game. The essense of this is never to take any shot for granted. The Professionals are otherwise consistent and successful for this very reason.

Im so full of ADHD , so i find building a routine very difficult. As i lose focus far to easy. First 30 minutes im fine, then cue action, stance being patience on my shot completely goes out the window 😂. But i absolutely love to play as i find it therapeutic. And i do find your videos very helping as ive improved alot in those departments. And now i just take a 15 minute break every now and then to reset so im not playing when the bad habits start to come in .

@@exile4090 hi. I too feel very ADHD. I have been since a kid. I really had to learn to take my time and not rush. Taking breaks is a great idea. Keep up the practice.

Steve, I find myself missing shots more when I have to play them slowly. I feel like there’s more time for things to go wrong on my backswing and follow through compared to ones I can punch in. Any advice? Keep up the great work by the way and thank you for the content!! 🙌🏼
