Hello Philip Scooter like mine cost 600-750 euro depends the battery and the motor.They have many place in tirana that sell scooter,is better to go in some shops ask for scooter.It Is what I did.

Have you ever been in Elbasan in the castle in the center? Btw in Albania most of the people prefer to buy cars is some kind of weird trend you can see even not rich people driving Mercedes or bmw probably took the money from a bank and they pay monthly, but slowly that weird trend is changing more people are into bikes now in Albania it used to be if you dont have expensive car ur not cool. Example me i brought bmw m7 since 17 and looking back now how stupid was i because i didnt even have all the money i took some from a bank and i paid 2 years of that car now i prefer more walking is healthy and i just own a cheap car now to get me from point a to point b soon i will buy a electric scooter

I have been in Elbasan Castle was very nice.Me I am car guy I have spent many thousand of euro in cars but now I don’t care I prefer to spend for traveling.Here in tirana is crazy this with expensive cars

Tirana is very comfortable with scooter because have crazy traffic also.Tirana is full of expensive cars and many people have a lot of money there.
