Why You Need a Style Guide - Creating Comics Start to Finish

One of the things you may not even realize you need when making your own comics is a style guide!
So, what is it exactly? It's a collection of various photos, pieces of art, and other assets that serve as inspiration for you while making your comics. It's also meant to help keep you within a particular visual style or vibe when you're creating your pages.
Here I share some of the things I keep in my own style guide so I can reference them when I'm making my comic book, Baku: Dreamwalkers!

I like the blender idea for perspective time saving. For style reference i use pinterest boards for each character

it is such a helpful idea with a mod board/ folder and keep your reference in. I have a journal for my art project, where I am collecting all things and sketches which is releated to it or is inspiring me for ideas for the art project.
