You pull whoever you like but if I have to make a suggestion, if you're going for Baal and skipping Ayaka that's totally fine but if it's for Yoimiya then I think you might be disappointed with her. She won't be better than Ayaka. Hu Tao has set the bar for a Pyro DPS in the game and honestly Yoimiya can't touch that from the looks of things.
