That is so ME!!! 2 steps forward 8 steps back, Dust myself and kept going. But thanks to SMB, I now have process and solutions to work on each of the challenges. P/L still reflecting yet. But I am making progress in the process. Focusing working in my strengths, journalling now daily ( Never did before :( ) I read Mike's book and comforting to know I have the same challenges as GMan. I am hopeful and I am still at it.

I review my trade everyday after trading session. I got a trading partner who tell me he does not keep a journal and I do not think he is good trader. He has been trying to trade profitably for more than a decade.

I'm about 8 months into my trading journey and my journal and notes I keep on the trades I make are hands down what has helped me most identify my weaknesses and highlight my areas that need improving. It also allows me to play off my strengths better and gauge different trade setups. The favorite part of my day is going over my trades / thought process and then charting new opportunities at night after work for the following day!

Great job Mike! Journaling and reviewing your trades is vital to a traders success. Our traders often stay hours after the close to review and analyze their trades during the day. Keep it up!
