Great video. I was a process control engineer (just retired 2/21/24) I would always stress test my projects just to make sure it would work under all conditions. Also depending on the government. But I found away of earning more income despite my Retirement. $57k weekly returns has been life changing, after so much struggles.

The two are unrelated. Net worth and cash flow. Interesting question though. Here’s an example. I have millions in net worth that can go away. Let’s say prices drop. Meets aren’t prices. So I’d still make the cash flow.

Thanks, Dion. Always enjoy your videos. What is your read on the housing market there in Kitsap County? I have a rental property in Silverdale that I bought when stationed there several years ago. It's been a decent investment, but I have noticed that price and rent appreciation have slowed down a lot in the last year or two. Would love to hear your thoughts on the likely prospects from here.

Rents went up a lot. Due to remote workers and the second ship at the base. Maybe do another rent study. I rented a two bed one bath for $2,125 with a line of applicants.

@@DionTalkFinancialFreedom I have typically used Zillow's Rent Zestimate as a starting point for determining rent and then discussed with my property manager for fine tuning. Her recommendations have always been pretty in line with Zillow, but I have sometimes wondered if that's because she was just looking at Zillow, too. What has your experience been (if any) with the Rent Zestimate for that area? Does it seem to be pretty accurate? Thanks, again!
