Rafael,What would you recommend me to do to keep my mind more calmer?Any good habits that I should do in general and know when I stop doing them permanently,or are these should be part of my lifestyle?Plus, how should I manage my habits for this area such as cardio exercise in order to stop overload and burnout.I try to aim about 15-minute moderate cardio 5 times a week since i've got school 5 times a week.Exercise seems to be the easiest to take action for this as I find myself feeling overwhelmed by my stress and anxiety symptoms I get from being in social surroundings?Do you think this is the right approach for me?Do you think i'm expecting too much for myself?

Hi Rafael How are you I hope you’re doing great So I have an older brother who’s fun and always laughing and he’s literally fearless and everyone loves him and I feel like I’m the opposite person I wasn’t as social as him or loving and caring like him so he helped me a lot overcoming depression and negative thinking I feel like he raised me more than my own dad he was my hope in life all I ever wanted to be is like him his smile was like a pain killer for me he was the most beautiful and precious person I had ever He passed away a couple of months ago and ever since I feel that everything he created in me is gone every beautiful thing he taught me is gone with I fell a great amount of pain and depression and I just feel lost with out him he’s The one Who motivated me and taught me to change my habits and my thoughts and he’s gone and I know I can’t change that or I’ll give my life for him I just can’t feel as happy or as fulfilled as he was Your friend from Saudi Arabia and hope you reply my message soon.

lol. I was never a people pleaser and I will never be. I can only pretend to serve others, but this, unfortunately, is not my life purpose. I never give others anything without the expectation that they also give me something. Does that mean I am a selfsh, son of a bitch? Not at all. So long as you give what you take back as a payoff, there is nothing wrong from moral point of view. We call this trade :) I am not unempathetical, just too selective when it comes to whom to feel empathy for. Recommend same thing to you as well ;)
@angelist21666 жыл бұрын
That's the reason I constantly pretend not to expect anything in return. Or it mostly depends on your goal. Limiting but in which regard? If you mean love, for example; it has been long since I gave up believing "love". I have already lost my respect to humanity. I am not gonna fully "love" any person I come across randomly since that person is very likely to be the part of the crowded mass of low intelligence and high arrogance. I can no longer risk my credit by allowing an imbecile member of this group to actually have a saying related to what I needed to do with my life. I have zero tolerance towards other 99 percent of people who lack compassion so there is no reason not to treat them in the similar way. Since I no longer see myself as a part of so-called humanity, I can't find a logical reason to call myself "human". I would be more proud to call myself animal or transhuman. I don't feel any guilt or remorse for treating people like objects to be exploited. People are just like insects. They all devotes their whole life to a certain subject which means they are here just to serve you. When you "accidently" crush an insect, there is no need to worry for any reason. There is no need to feel any emotion. There is no need to cry for an insignificant being. If it was at your position; it, too, would do the same. That's how humanity sucks! I am just giving that thing called humanity a second chance by enslaving them. Don't worry, I am not gonna harm anybody. So long as you are trading in legitmate frame as far as possible, there is no need to cry.
