First of all, i just wanna say to the KZbin algorithm because i got found this greatness channel to improv myself better and better than yesterday. And on this video i learn so much for today, on of my favorite motivation from this video is "Don't think you can't do it, because you know you can." I always thought that i can't do everything better, simply such as learn English better i always think i never become fluently, in it. When i tried to spoke with others i always think they will judge me because my English poor, they don't want to talk with me and it makes me insecure i dont want to learn English anymore. I'm furious with myself, i blame myself because I'm not like other peoples. I hate mylife, i ever think to suicide. Its bad.. But when i watching this video, it makes me open minded, i must do an extra effort to get something that i want which is my goals, its okay to take a small progress than nothing because small progress could become a big progress. Thanks for reading my comment, i just wanna say many thanks to this channel ❤❤

From what I understand of sociology, women tend to have more friends with whom they can talk about how they feel, and men do not. Men are expected to be stoic and not express any doubts. If they do then they are labeled as being less than a man by those around the,, especially the women we are trying to attract. This can be a viciously repeating cycle too.

The biggest issue with this is that people usually know something outside of themselves is wrong and have the power to do something about it, but don't. That way one's own helplessness spreads to society as a whole. People keep "just doing their jobs" even though they know they're following nonsensical orders for example. This especially happens in all kinds of professions, even highly academical ones where people even know about the psychology described in the video.

I've found the advice to name the emotion and "observe it" useful. I.e., not "I am ashamed" but "I'm experiencing shame". That distances you from negative emotions a bit. Another is realising that no-one else knows you could have done better or made a different choice, so you're your own harshest judge. Think what would you say to a friend experiencing your feelings and be that friend to yourself. Finally, knowing that all bad feelings pass makes it easier to bear them. Unfortunately, it takes years of experience to really accept this - I'm 45 years old, and it took me until I was about 37 years old to stop fretting little things, and to accept big things with equanimity. You'll inevitably fail at some things, make major screw-ups, experience tragedies and disasters. You are not alone in this, and many people around you experience same or worse. And there is a lot of beautiful and comforting things around, and friendly and kind people. Be open to that, and it will balance the negative things and people in your life.

People born without a silver spoon or parents just raised completely in pain, stress, anxiety, neglect, confusion, no love, hated by the world and less opportunities and racial brutality. It's way more then just a mindset that set the minority apart. Just had to throw that in there since you mentions only blacks and Mexicans in school for some reason. Although you are absolutely right mindset and determination will set you free and push you far past your limits. Once a person aligns mind body and soul they easily realize the power within, and understand this world is your own creation. You can dominate or doom yourself simple because one wants to. Do as you will and tho shall you be.
