This method works for someone like Goggins, but its practically useless for someone whos never accomplished anything. How am I supposed to draw on previous victories if ive never had any?

Just because you are slower in comparison to others, doesnt mean you wont get where you want to be. Never compare yourself to judge, only to strife. There is always gonna be someone faster, stronger or cleverer. Use them as a guidance what you wsnt to accomplish, rather than demotivating yourself for not already being what they are

I began my investment journey at the age of 27, primarily through hard work and dedication. I am to share that my passive income exceeded $100k in a single month for the first time. This success reinforces the importance of the advice mentioned earlier. It is not about achieving quick wealth, but rather ensuring long-term financial prosperity.

Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.

My advice to new investors: Buy good companies stocks and hold them as long as they are good companies. Just do this and ignore the forecasts and market views which are at best entertaining but completely useless.

I am wary of the recurring qualifier that is tacked on about how "any HEALTHY child can become talented in any field." It's a rather surreptitious word that is slipped into the video and it's not exactly clear what the author means by it. Presumably he includes the word because it allows him to conveniently leave out individuals with learning disabilities for instance and not take into account the myriad ways that some people struggle harder with problem-solving than others. But sure, it feels good to say anyone can learn anything, even it it means removing large swaths of people from the conversation in order to force the point.

The Ericsson Study appears flawed from its onset. The sample group is composed of individuals who have already passed through many stages of the learning process and reached a point at which they are pursuing becoming professional musicians (whether teachers, symphony players, or concert soloists). The study never encounters individuals who have pursued the musical learning process but been stonewalled by how outrageously difficult it is. When a person tries and tries and tries and makes extremely little progress, they tend to quit, and will therefore never be observed in this “comprehensive study”

37yo here, so well into my adult years. Italian, so no fatass junk food addicted american. You lost me at "avoid junk food, avoid soda, avoid alcohol". My family has an history of mental illnesses, so I decided very early on in my life I'll not succumb to the same fate and end my life willingly at 70 no matter what. Having a self imposed time limit really puts things into prospective, and past... 25ish, I'd say... you life really starts to become a blur and just "pass you by". DO NOT, and I can't stress this enough, DO NOT impose yourself such harsh limitations. Ofc don't make McDonald's your main food intake, but a couple cheeseburgers a week won't do you any more harm than the daily stress you suffer at work. A cold beer before sleep while watching a YT video helping you get some well deserved sleep BY FAR outshines the health concerns. Your body WILL fail you anyway past a certain age, your mind WILL crumble. Enjoy your best years while you can... you'll ABSOLUTELY be cutting off years of your lives by doing that, but hear me out: would you rather live your 20s and 30s and 40s to your fullest, or live to be an "healthy" 90yo that takes 20 mins to get from his bed to his bathroom while everyone of your joints hurts like hell and you can't even recognize your grandson changin the diaper you soiled anyway because you could't get to the WC in time?
