@@AlexGorasov Agree with you, if you know what you need, you can pay a visit, but it is sad to see that other side where you as an end buyer or investor are being told about the wrong stock, or given promises, so so so many calls and messages i get for say 1 same project, and all agents say completely different things... like sometimes i have no clue whom to even believe, so yeah good spot for sure!
