You can withdraw any time but you cannot exit every month, it’s only when they announce it and about twice a year or when the property is sold

Similar, on a general basis, but if they sell the property on a higher valuation well you have the rental yield + the appreciation which makes it worthwhile

Good question! missed it in the vid, thanks for asking. So, there are 3 ways: you can literally use your debit card to deposit (which is the easiest i guess), bank transfer (takes longer), or even apple pay (which is even easier if you have an apple device)
