This is such a cool technique! I never would've thought to use a makeup sponge to apply eyeshadow. I bet the small concealer sponge from ELF would work beautifully for this.

I confess that I primarily use the disposal eyeshadow applicators and my fingers. Then, I might go back in using a blending brush, angled brush, and/or flat brush. I have a variety of brushes but get the most pigment payoff applying shadows this way...also I'm not a credible source for anyone makeup as I'm forever a learning n00b 🙃

Very intriguing yet educational of blending. I have so many sponges after I splurged on some BK Beauty make up brushes and prefer those for complexion rather than sponges. I will have to give this a try while playing with my eyeshadows. Keyword, BLEND ❤
