Taurus sells a lot of firearms in the USA they are becoming one of the biggest, their stuff is affordable, they have improved over time and people are also making parts for them, even quite a few people that have torture tested them with pretty good results, the after market ( non Taurus ) magazines are sketchy , the factory Taurus mags are good, there are not many malfunctions with quality ammunition on these and breaking them in

Taurus's handguns always sell better during a recession. there great. and lakline makes an upgraded titanium firing pin assembly that is awesome and includes that guide sleeve. makes the Triger less squishy too. i like my g2c more than my glock for every day carry. get some 17 round mags.

My edc is a g2c or my g3c. Reliability, I have yet to pull the trigger and a round did not fire. As to the safety, just flip it off and never flip it back on. My gc2 cost me 220.00 in 2017..very budget. All I need. The stick up men come in numbers now, and they carry rifles, so you are more likely to get it taken from you than you using it for self defense. If you successfully use it for self defense the police will take it for the investigation. Would rather loose you 2-300 dollar pistol or your cool 600.00 dollar pistol? Out of all of the unreliability claims, I've never heard anyone say if you are robbed by someone with a taurus, dont give them your money because their weapon of choice is unreliable.

I love the G3C and theG3! I've had the older G2 and loved it too and we shoot our pistols A LOT and have never had issues with them. We own Ruger and Glock pistols and I still carry a G3C almost every day because I trust it. I have well over a thousand rounds through mine and it has factory everything in it. The truth of the matter is all these guntubers who are paid and sponsored by big name brands shit on Taurus pistols even though they are damn good, reliable and durable guns and that's why comment sections are full of morons bragging about what kind of pistols they carry. KZbin has ruined the gun community.

I think that the Taurus G3/ G3C is great budge and starter gun for anyone! I bought my G3C 2 ¹/² years ago for $246 & recently bought the G3 Coyote for $286! They only have gone up in price due to the T.O.R.O versions but still you get them at decent and fair price where it doesn't break the bank. I like the G3 series.. I have been following Taurus since the G2 series and even those are still as good as the G3. There is just few differences but nothing major. Awesome 🔫 though!

For those who got shorted a mag, I think you need to dispute that with Taurus.. G3C 9mm come with 3 mags! G3 comes with 1 17rd mag, 1 15rd mag! Unless the .40 cal G3C doesn't! Cause the .40 mags are only 10rd mags.

i have the flat Triger, takes away restrike, but if you just slap the top of the slide, you get restrike back. like the slide has to move a 2mm to bring it back. i definitely recommend the keep tinkering trigger, the lakeline guide rod and spring, and the firing pin titanium guide sleeve.
