Nananana on Inca and Apollo do end. Endstone can’t be fireballed and it allows you to keep your bed on 100% of first rushes. The issue with clay on fast iron maps is that a pickaxe only costs 10 iron and pretty much insta-mines clay. It only delays your first rush by like 6 seconds relative to clay. TLDR: Max is a solo newgen (big noob) and endstone is superior on fast iron.

The original way to rush on pernicious was to side rush but when they brought the map back they changed it on the website that you are supposed to diamond rush now which is weird. But I guess you gotta start diamond rushing unless u wanna be double teamed

If people forget to buy tools early on this this defence has some major benefits as its slower than breaking wood (with no tools at all). However once people have tools, even a t1 pick, clay becomes useless as its very quick to break. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this defence but then again all defences have their goods and bads and this one allows you to get iron armour quickly but I think that for the sacrifice of it being practically useless if people have tools and you're not quite at base this defence suffers.

im really late but a wood pick mining clay is a split second slower than a wood axe mining wood. A tier 2 pick is faster to mine clay than a tier 2 axe mining wood. A tier 3 pick is faster to mine clay than a tier 3 axe mining wood.

i agree with putting clay on a bed, i main solos where i usually dont care about my bed, but in duos i give my teammate the gold and defend with clay. it is really op, beacause you break clay with fist ridiculously slow, not like with wood. maybe with a pick it breaks a little bit quicker than wood with an axe, but thats fine

Clay is worse than wood because if your enemy has a pickaxe (most people do) it breaks faster than someone breaking wood by an axe.
