I dated a narcissist single mom for a year. I realized after about 3 months that I had made a big mistake. I downsized the relationship until I could not take it any more. She was too demanding and controlling. I knew she was not going away quietly. She continued to drop by my home un-invited and calling me at least once a month for 20 years. There was about a 3 year gap where she stopped calling because she found husband #3. When that marriage turned into divorce, the calling started up again. I finally got her to stop calling me when I asked her to pay back some of the money she had "borrowed". She blew up. Its been peaceful here for around 7 years now. She is trolling the internet dating sites searching for husband #4.

I’ve been with a few narcs over the last 10 years and each and every one of them use other methods of contact in order to reach out to us. It’s gross behavior and shows how desperate/pathetic they are. Let them lie in the rotten beds they’ve made, because they will receive no help from me.

Narc single moms end up being the worst out of the bunch. This one is frequently pimping her child on Instagram through posts and stories showing her audience that “he means everything to me” and is “her world”. LMAO. She’s also the one who left her husband without much of a warning, which automatically discredits her as being a stable individual. Her ex husband is from the Netherlands, so he was trying to bring her up on international kidnapping charges once she ran back to the states with the kid! LOL. Just an absolutely dangerous train wreck on every level conceivable. She has also slept with over 100 guys throughout her life so far, so make of that what you will. 😂

You are so right, my narcissist is trying to make me change my mind about divorce, I decided not to talk with him; but he said that he needed to have a meeting with him, turned out if I said anything, he dismissed it as it's all in my head, he was the perfect husband, that I have imagined it the wrong way. If he ever asked for a meeting (we are in the same house); I shall call the police. The best is never to give them a chance in any way. They a just full of themselves. Merry Christmas, Joe! I discovered your videos back in November and I’ve been binge watching them. I discarded the narcissist I was dealing with 6 weeks ago. He was only in my life for 7 months but it still hurt what he did to me. I’m slowly recovering. It does feel difficult now during the holidays. When this person promised you so much. All false hope. It was an illusion all fake. It wasn’t real. I went NC, unfollowed him and removed him from SM. What does he do send me a LinkedIn request 2weeks ago. What a joke of a person he is. Anyways, thank you for your videos. They are educating us all now how to deal and prevent us from ever getting close to these lost souls again. I wish I had seen your videos 7 months ago. Hi Joe. Thank you so much for this video. I'm three months out of the pit and still struggling. My ex narc discarded me for a woman of such low moral integrity that she thought it was acceptable to pursue the husband of a disabled woman in a wheelchair. Right in front of my face! We had been together for fifteen years. Your video reminded me that being with a narcissist is very much an addiction and needs to be treated in the same way. Much like the alcoholic must never have another drink. I'm trying to take one day at a time and it's hard but I never want to be back in that pit again. The thought of it is horrific.

After being with an alcoholic narcissist I had no idea of the chaos and turmoil that waited for me in that situationship. And yes, my ex narcissist still to this day does everything he can to figure out where I am bike racing at and he makes sure and shows up with his new supply and he has got her into bike racing and has got her to go against me and my bike races Where she is standing right next to me at the start line. He has done everything he can to make me miserable even though I have been solid no contact at all for almost a year and a half. People just don’t understand the stalking he does because he wants to make sure and just show up wherever i am to make my day horrible and affect my racing.And to put me in that mind space. I really don’t want to have to sell my condo and move and leave my successful career here but I’m not sure what else to do. I have gotten rid of pretty much all of the flying monkeys, which were initially my friends, not his, but demonstrated in the break up that they were now his flying monkeys. It’s really sad that he just can’t leave me alone after the discard. He just can’t stand that I won’t be part of his harem garage.

if the narcissist is a kind of 'pretty cute thing' (as they probably objectify themselves let alone others to cover up insecurities) then its easy for them to trigger feelings of jealousy or say some sort of 'sexual-pain' in you which as an empath we must learn to suffer consciously and heal it (healing jealousy, objectification, possessiveness, lack of self-worth and such pains) rather than be taken over by it --use the foolish narcissist as a healing chance for you--go through healing phase spring season is sure to come, slow but sure. I'm so glad I don't have a Facebook & never will & my Instagram is private. He's already sent out a few messages through family, but they were clearly messages to stir up jealousy. As much as it hurt me at the time, he kept me separate & basically secret from his friend group, so that will never be an issue. I will be remaining no contact for the rest of my days. Merry Christmas. I feel like I am in the process of healing, but six months into my relationship with the narcissist, I continue to dream about him. I’m not interested in what’s going on in his life, I don’t follow his social networks and don’t think about him. Sometimes I think about him, but it’s as if these thoughts are not in the foreground and do not cause anxiety. But some pain point and fear remained, that all my happiness and sense of integrity, freedom, that all this has a fragile balance. I probably need more time.
