151 japanese is a regular set, terastel festival is a high class set. High class sets haves enormous supply regardless how popular they are. Can’t compare them as they are fundamentally different, one set is made to order the other is heavily printed so people can collect the cards they missed in other sets.

With this insane market it’s far cheaper to buy this set in particular in Japanese. Your guaranteed at least 1 SAR in every box, so a full case going for $1200 is minimum 20 SARs, buying all 10 SAR eevee cards will be $2000 minimum for quite an awhile.

So I’m all in for investing in this set because obviously it’s hyped enough for it to be stupid not to, but with that being said I personally haven’t been impressed with ANY of the SIRs. The art is wack in my opinion. So far I only like the regular Umbreon (not the terastallized) and may just end up getting a Masterball version of it and calling it done when it comes to my personal collection.

What I gather is theres a collective circle jerk between wales and investors talking about how exclusive and rare and amazing and expensive these cards are or will be. With English seemingly sold out at MSRP, I hope they print this set to hell and back. Its incredibly annoying seeing everyone pump each new set as a must buy investment opportunity similar to the crypto pump and dump community

They will most likely reprint it pretty heavily in Japanese but at launch and for the first few months it will probably rise pretty good.

I think this was available on Pokémon Center Japan until yesterday, watched the Chinese livestream and it was crazy. Lady slicing packs like carrots 😂 Given the 1 SAR per box I think the singles will go down significantly. The set is not like Vstar Universe. The master ball though might be a thing like 151 Japanese
