Well, today is a bit of a sad episode, but hopefully we can all learn something from it!
UPDATE: as of the posting of this video I am currently taking time off to rest my achilles tendon. I don't know how much I'll be posting during this time as I won't be running. But, stay tuned, because there will be more to come!

I ignored so many pain signals. I didn’t realize how bad my ankles were growing and my Achilles tendinitis was becoming chronic. Scar tissue. It’s so painful Please watch the shoes you wear with hard ankle backs. They are from hell and cause foot injury
