If one manages to get a student housing then house rent approx 9000 per mnth. Grocery around 3 to 4k per mnth If children will go to barnehage (kindergarten) then have to add that fee as well which is approx 1900 per kid. Monthly travel card is around 6 to 700 for both parents. If you want to work then things will become much more easier but it can take upto 3 mnths to find a job. So, if you have enough funds to support yourself and family for at least three months then you can being your family.
