Ok, you verbally abused workers probably getting minimum wage who have have no control over the plane delay, while arguing with others who were telling you it's not this guys fault. No one who gets paid minimum wage earns enough to take verbal abuse and swearing from any customer. You should have the respect for those in a lower earning position to not verbally abuse them and put them down. They quite rightly kicked you off the plane and possibly others, because your behaviour would easily have come across as threatening and not acceptable to reward or put other passengers at risk for. I have personally had to wait 25 hours for a flight at Sydney before. It happens! Your a grown man! Screaming at low paid workers is the kind of thing I would expect from a drunk teenager who has just fallen out of a club and isn't aware that swearing at the maccas chick is not going to get him his food. The supervisors were right to kick you and anyone else who was shouting and threatening off....

That's the job of the pilot, operations control, dispatch, and the aircraft mechanics. If manufacturer recalls a product because of a safety issue, do you start screaming at an employee who stocks the shelves for the retailer? I'd rather be late but arrive at my destination and safely than to be on time to die in a plane crash.

@Crypto I've been on a flight that was delayed for hours and almost made me late, I once got to the airport only to find that the flight had been canceled and I had to drive for hours to get where I had to go. But I didn't start screaming at the random employees whose jobs were to board the plane, they didn't inspect the plane or make the decision the delay the flight. No matter how much you scream at these people, you aren't going to accomplish anything because you're not going to be able to talk to the aircraft mechanics or the pilot.

If a flight is delayed because the plane needs maintenance and is still at the hangar, AA is not, I repeat, NOT gonna send a plane up to the sky when it's damaged or broken. My dad works at AA's LAX hangar and he was pretty disappointed when he saw this video. People need to realize the work it takes to bring a plane up to the air, SAFELY.

I was a flight attendant for 26 years - before that, customer service for TWA. Just remember - the people in the basement are making the decisions and tell the agents whats happening VERY infrequently. The agents call to get info and they get screamed at internally AND by customers!!! Be their friend even though it's hard - they are NOT the airline. Just the reps for BAD DECISION-MAKING and not enough workers. They're likely changing their minds about which planes they're using for which flights. They don't "FIND" planes.
