After my last video about why you should never mix on flat speakers, here is part 2, touching why you should also never mix on flat headphones. Good video. The one concern is that autoEQ has some issues where people feel this is where their adjustments should stop. But really it's FROM there that the adjustments should start.

2:00 If I remember correctly the starting point for the adjustments was a headphone equalized to match a flat in-room response of a loudspeaker. So the response after adjustments was fairly close to a response of a anechoically flat loudspeaker in a good room (downward slope).

How I can run APO in my daw ?

Isnt there a way to do this in a DAW? I was using TB_Morphit for a time

Definitely, even without any specialized application you could just use an EQ on the master. I wouldn't really recommend it though, because if you do it inside the DAW, this obviously won't affect any other part of your computer, like KZbin or your normal media player.

You never really explained why you shouldn't mix on flat headphones. You also said that it's okay to mix on Harman ie 2019v2, but it famously has quite a bit of glare in the lower treble around 5k, making it really difficult to see into the mix. You are a small creator so I'm not really upset, but I feel kinda clickbaited by someone who doesn't really speak from experience.
