I have more pairs in rotation than I dare to admit. 😀 To be fair, it includes several trail shoes as well, and multiple locations.

I would add the Adizero SL to the rotation for the easy/recovery runs. But great choices overall

so use them in the same trainings as what she said to use the boston's and alternate them?

Well. Probably best to break race day shoe in first. Nothing new on race day, as they say. It's probably also worth adding, you do actually get more miles out of shoes if you rotate - provided you run back to back days. The foam needs time to recover and pounding it again the next day will reduce its life, at least if you are running LSR or Hard. If it's just two short jogs, you are probably okay.

Good points! 100% worth having a few pre runs with race day shoes to make sure you get on with them ok. Nothing worse than race day ruined! Again good point on the extra milage on letting the midsole recover day after day too!

The best formula for figuring out the amount of running shoes you should own is the same as bicycles, n+1

it's the only formula that really works 😂

The video I was looking for. I subscribed. What about Adizero SL for your base mile and daily training shoe? Is Boston 11 superior to that?

Same question, I have both but not sure where to place then in my rotation

Ok so what would you recommend for a over pronation runner with flat feet, shoe for daily, speed session and race?

Adistar CS

Hiya, I have a pair of Ultraboost 22 for running, I have never had other Adidas running shoes apart from Ultraboost since 19, then 20 and 22. I used to run 3 times a week in summer and once a week in winter, I run around 8 - 10km each time. I wonder what is the difference between Adizero Boston 11 and Ultraboost 22. Should I get Adizero Boston 11?
@mohammadshukree572 Жыл бұрын
like you as well, I’ve only ran in ultraboost from 19-22’ I used it for 3-4 times a week for running. not more than 10km each time. however I switched to adios pro 3 and boston 11. the difference is HUGE. you’ll get more response in boston 11 and you’ll lose the cushion feel (sole) as compared to ultraboost. my opinion is if you want to perform well yet shoes to last long, give Boston 11 a try. I’ve also performed better in Boston 11. So you can give it a try for a switch. P.S. to each their own. So what works for me doesn’t mean works for everyone else. So keep that in mind :)
