I thought about including a text file with the build templates here, but I decided not to. Not to be rude, but to force people to manually make these builds, in hopes that not everyone would just copy and paste, that some would make edits so to call your own.

Damn it I had a similar experience that's been going on for two weeks now. I've met a veteran player who seemed very helpful at first, but then he started pestering me about meta builds and trying to rush me through content to get meta heroes and asking me to link every god damn template and type out their gear etc. Just let me enjoy the fucking game man! Old players sort of lost the perspective what this game actually is to new players and in trying to be helpful they are unintentionally souring the experience. Yes I am aware that my builds aren't top of the line and that I don't have full grasp of the game but I just want to learn it on my own.

When you talked about build diversity is the exact reason I love this game. I wanted to solo farm everything with a Mesmer. I was told it was pointless to do raptors on a Mesmer and hard mode wasn’t possible.... Took me an hour but my new Mesmer can easily farm HM raptors as a Me/Mo or Me/D 😅. Just because someone says you can’t or shouldn’t, doesn’t mean it’s impossible when it comes to GW1

Mind sharing that Build ? I just restarted GW and picked up Mes for first time. Liked it alot so restarted one to get LDOA on him and then get GWAMM on him (never done before).

To bad people dont wount to due team trap in Uw or the long play in FoW with pug groups , this was always fun .Ive been playing since release and find GW1 still out classes most all rpg but finding people to team with is still a pain lol but any who

Same, played on release and random slapped together teams or fow or uw was my favorite experiences. I usually ran monk, so I’d either have easy time healing, or I’d be 0 energy spam clicking heals all run 😂. It was fun though!

Well it’s the best class maybe only rivaled by a really skilled ele. Classes like necro and Rit can be completely mastered by hero’s 😂

@Justice yeah it feels bad when my spell says 127dmg but does like 30, the good thing is that conditions scale better late game and my permanent burning/cracked armor stays useful.
