League is unironically a great game, and its sad to see how many people say otherwise. The community is by far the worst thing about it though. I play off meta things, and im just forced to play full muted. Being a girl in league is bad, being a girl that plays kayle jg is worse. The flame is constant lol even if I am carrying the team.

My experiences with league is that i love playing teemo and everyone on my team and the other team hates when i play teemo.

League is fun once you find a character that you like. However, trying them all would imply you'd have to play 169 games, and learning to effectively utilize said character could take you between 1 to 10 games. Then you can start to get what's so fun about League, mechanic wise. Also, if you enjoy stressful experiences and challenges, League is full of that. With an MMR system that forces you to gravitate the 50% winrate and the usual non-cooperative suspect that manages to squeeze themselves into each team of 5 expecting to win without providing any teamwork. I definitely enjoy the randomness of teammates and matchmaking. It's like a human roguelike where sometimes you just happen to get into the unavoidable losing team full of toxic individuals, and sometimes you also happen to land teammates that really like to cooperate and synchronize their abilities. Just don't expect to always have a great team.

I think the fact that its hard to recover from a bad early game is what makes it tilting just build lowcost support items, try help out in other ways- that why supp is so chill you realize you can always be valuable to the team and it feels really fun bcs you need to get creative with it

if there is a better aspect to life than playing league its to delve in it further. to read every single story, play every single game, watch every interaction possible in between characters, play blitzcrank laugh on repeat for hours while laughing hysterically and to read katarina fanfic. I love the moments where I can just make a gentlemans agreement with the enemy toplaner, roll the support nunu ball to the worst endgame in existence(adds flavor if the adc is a toddler with a scream to text maker), play braum midlane and brutalize mages whenever I got my duo on adc or just lock in a ranged toplaner but so with style enough that the enemy types "4!" be4 even I can or I realized I wrote alot I just like the game

Best part of League is the Science you can make. By doing the ancient tradition of "reading" you can find funny interactions to abuse in creative ways. You can also search online for funny builds other people did (like real scientists do). Just have a quirky catchphrase at the ready for whenever someone inevitably rages on you.

A few days ago I was playing Karthus mid and was starting to beat the enemy Smolder mid. Then first bot tower fell and we got chased out of mid lane. So now homeless while the rest of the team played aram, we just sat in side lanes and gentlemans'd out of fighting each other and just proxy farmed waves for the rest of the game. Sometimes the league community can be just chill people.

i feel obligated to say "YOU SHOULDN'T" while lol can be very fun and addicting sometimes it is very very toxic and very hard to get into for new players simply because they dont know how to roughly play and they also dont have a rough idea of all the abilitys of the 169 Champions. and learning these takes some time (it isnt that bad, because if you play midlane or toplane you wont encounter all of these 169 champions in your lane and you should quickly learn the vast mayority of the champions you will play against in lanesimply because they aree played more often. support and adc have it a bit harder there since these 2 roles with their own pool of champions share a lane (hopefully)) but after you pass that hurdle and get used to the toxic comunity or insta mute someone the moment they start getting toxic to whoever in the round you should be fine. gl and most importentdly HF
